BEST day in a while.
I just have to share my fantastic last 20 minutes and I rode a whole 3 miles.
After 5 months and 6 days, today I finally got back on my beloved 'Orange' bike.
Oh wow, I know I had the most stupidest grin on my face but I don't care. :p
The first couple of minutes I was wondering if I was doing the right thing and what if I was to fall off but I didn't and it was great.
Not sure what my physiotherapist will think when I tell him tomorrow but as far as I am concerned, my broken back is all good now.
So, especially for jessmarimba and milkbone, your turn will come to get back in the saddle.
Clock.......ticking louder than ever!

Woohoo! You give me hope! So glad you're all back to normal!!
I actually went to a fitter here the other day to look into getting a bike that I can "grow with" - enough room for adjustments that I can go from much more upright to normal position over time :) He's worked with some similar injuries and I was really excited.

you go, girl! glad you are feeling better.
-
Yippeee! None of us will tell your physiotherapist :)
-
Woohoo! Wonderful news! :D
-
Hurrah! Congratulations, it's so wonderful to hear that you're back in the saddle.

P.S. I think your physiotherapist might be more concerned with the "I wanna do a wheelie!" quote :)
