How to get on and off the bike
I made this video to show my aunt how to get on and off a bike when the seat is high enough. She said her knees hurt and I knew right away that means she's sitting on the bike with both feet on the ground and then pedaling. I tried to explain how to start & stop the bike without sitting on the seat first, and realized I couldn't explain it in words. So I made the video to show her.

I'm very proud of my technological savvy in doing this. :D And I plan to use it when I give a seminar next month for my employer's health & fitness program called "Bicycling with Traffic". I thought I'd share if anyone else can use it!
