how/why is your sleep cycle offset? :confused:
My guess is poorly timed caffeine and a week where it was too hot to sleep comfortably until about 3AM...
I'm a night owl by nature, but this is absurd. I should start growing feathers and hooting irritably at noisy passers-by.
ahhhh... then that would explain it. I was wondering if you'd been traveling or something to set the clock off it's normal timing. Hmmm... hopefully you'll get back on track soon! School is right around the corner.:eek:
