There was a marathon on today, and since I had plumbers working in the house- it gave me an excuse to watch it most of the day.
I love that show and get excited when I catch it on. He DOES know his bikes. He offered someone $1000 for a really old Orient bike (when they offer you that much, you know it's worth so much more).
I like seeing the old bikes- such great treasures.
It's neat to see the other stuff they find, too. I'm appalled at some of the places they visit, tho. Talk about some major packrats- makes us look like a bunch of hoarders in this country (which we are). ;)
I wasn't even aware of the show until I was in South Dakota and someone asked if I knew where Le Claire was. It's a really fun show.
I love that show...ok, I have only ever seen part of one episode, but I am a firm believer in love at first sight.
Huh...I was expecting Doc Watson when I saw the thread title. Sounds interesting and I may watch it. I keep forgetting about the History Channel.
Pam, me too- as in guitar, mandolin or banjo...
I love the show. It's the highlight of my Monday evening.

It's become a regular in our house too - we both enjoy it :-)
Such a good show! We even enjoy the re-runs.
