I eat a PBJ between setting up my bike and the swim start, plus whatever seemed appealing at the hotel breakfast. I usually have a chocolate milk somewhere in there too.
Once on the bike I have two bottles both with Gu Brew in them. If I run out, I'll grab another bottle of water at one of the aid stations. I eat Power Bar Gel Blasts on the bike, usually 2 - 3 bags over the 56 miles. I try to eat or drink every 15 minutes. Obviously, more often if it's hot on the drinking.
For the run I'll take 4 Hammer Gels and eat one at the start of the run and then space the other 3 out. Aid stations tend to be every mile and I'll have a little water at each.
