Thanks for the link, Oakleaf. If Dallas is making the effort to become a Bicycle Friendly City, than other cities have NO excuses for not doing the same. Dallas has got to be the most unfriendly bike city I can think of. Well, besides Houston, maybe.
They have their work cut out for them. I wonder what consulting firm is heading up the effort. Hopefully they got Toole Design out of Maryland; they know bicycle transportation planning better than anyone.
