Hi there!

I am brand new to the world of cycling. My dh has been riding for about a year now and we finally found a bike for me. For early Mother's day I received a Dawes Lightning 1000. I went on my first ride Monday. We did 10 miles, the whole family! I am so hooked! I fell in love with the wind rushing past me. We didn't do open road because I was not confidant enough for my first ride and in clip pedals, so we did it on a great paved trail not to far from my house. I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I am sure I will have tons of questions as I learn about this new addiction I have.
