2XU Compression tights

I bought a pair yesterday and immediately went on a three hour mtn bike ride. My knee with ITBS would have never made it without the tights.

I find, however, after showering, rolling on my foam, and icing, and then wearing the tights around the house for recovery, may have more benefit. I can't explain it, but my legs feel great in them. This morning, my left knee definitely recovered better by wearing them all night.

I think there is something to compression tights...the best $150 you will ever spend!
