One apple
A handful of nuts
Milk to consistency
nutmeg
salt
Blend, then heat slowly. Tastes like apple cobbler!

One cooked sweet potato, or similar quantity of cooked squash (ie pumpkin)

Blend, heat slowly. Tastes like pumpkin pie!

Banana, handful of spinach or kale, frozen berries or peaches, dash of spice (usually cinnamon), big squeeze of liquid sweetener like maple syrup or agave nectar, and enough water or soy milk to whir.

Also, this morning my boyfriend and I thought a banana, peanut butter, carrot smoothie sounded good. We thought it would be the perfect treat for the dog because those are his favorite things, but then we thought it sounded good too.
