she's fine, talking to her now on the phone :) between school, job hunting and the new baby (puppy) she's been busy.
Whew! Was getting worried. Thanks.
Hi gang! And thanks for checking in... i appreciate it.
So, as Trek420 informed, I've been job hunting so I can carry my load once school starts (the old "living" savings is kaput). Additionally all the school forms are coming in hot and heavy. And just to top it all off, my roomie got a bad case of puppy-itis that no amout of logic from me could assuage.
She (and therefore, we) were offered a 13 wk old, AKC registered, mini Schnauzer for FREE. A friend had flown to Kansas to pick up her 2nd mini pup (great breeder) and a slightly older pup had gone to home that decided it didn't want her. The pup, female, beautiful show quality (though we ain't showin' or bredding) accompanied our friend and her pup home from Kansas.
And now the introduction... this, ladies, is Sydney:
Sydney is so beautiful! I had a mini that I had to put to sleep last year. Boy do I miss that dog . . . Enjoy!
Awwww Spazz, Sydney is a beautiful pup! What a great addition to your family. Give her some ear scratchys for me K?
Well, now we see what's tempting you away from the forum! Big awwww factor there.
We spent about a week with friends in Oregon who have 2 female minis. They were awfully sweet and quite the moochers, had that down pat!
awwwwwwwwwwww. :)
Silly girl!Quote:

She is precious. Good luck w/the job hunt and school and all you've got going on!
she is beautiful!! Sydney's my youngest granddaughter's name & she's quite fiesty (at 2!) and fearless (kinda like her Nana) ;)
I know you'll enjoy her!
Oh! What an adorable puppy. Sydney is such a great name also. Enjoy her!
She's a cutie, that's for sure...
I need to win the lotto so we can cut pretenses and just have an animal farm  . It gets pretty interesting here with our now 4 dogs and 2 kitties when the friends come over (Amani and Sophie, also mini schnauzers). Sophie and Sydney tear thru the house like crazy grrl pups and all the older dogs duck for cover. None of my original 3 dogs will play with the pups... but Stormy the cat seems to be having a good time :D
so when are you getting the doggie carrier so she can go riding with you?? ;)
