Signal Financial FCU has partnered with the Washington Area Bicyclist Association to offer the “Share the Road” VisaŽ card program, a tool we can use together to promote advocacy for safer streets in our community. For each transaction performed using the card, Signal Financial will contribute two cents towards advocacy for safer streets. "
