The heel isn't 100% yet but my foot doc has cut off the PT and told me it's time to get back at it. I'm supposed to start with "brisk walking" and work up from there.

I'm thinking of mostly doing swim/bike events next year with Iron Girl being my first full triathlon. Surely I'll be running well by then!

.....and closes today, apparently! I can't believe the event filled up in one day.
