commute mirth
Yes, it occasionally occurs, that while commuting in the early morning something really makes you giggle. This friday morning, it happened to me.
To get across East Marginal way, 6 lanes of traffic, plus a turn lane, there's a traffic light with an actuator in each lane; 2 left turn lanes, and 1 straight through or right turn lane.
I sat there for what seemed forever, all alone on that little "T" that I presume means "trigger" and then the lights finally started to change. Just as it was getting close, a car pulled up next to me in the "left turn" lane (I was going straight across the street) and then the light changed. I had a green light. He didn't. He'd have to wait through another entire cycle. hehehe. I giggled all the rest of the way into my office.
how often does THAT happen?

I thought of this thread yesterday on a road ride when a similar thing happened, and chuckled for a bit....
Commute mirth of the morning? I have a new office...with windows! that open! :D Had my first bike morning here and proceeded to start the changing process....luckily didn't get far before remembering I have to pull the blinds first now!!
