Today I used my GLUTES instead of my granny gear!
I'm a new rider (1 month) and I've been obsessively reading these threads for information on all things cycling. Thanks SO MUCH to all those who have posted on improving form, handling tough climbs, and treating saddle sores (yes, I've already got them!). You've really helped me to improve fitness as well as my confidence. Today, I didn't use my granny gear (I've got a triple chainring) on even the tough hills. Can you tell I'm proud??! Okay, enough bragging. LOVE TO YOU ALL!
