Guess that is why I do G2 adn the powder, can dilute it even more if need be.
Me too!!! I always mix it up full-strength for everyone else in the household, but I only fill my water bottles half-way and then top off with water before I ride.
You guys are lucky, it is not available in the UK, I managed to buy one container on eBay but it was quite expensive.
However, one of the girs in our London Bikeathon Team lives in Canada and when she came over she brought me two big tins, Gatorade Frost, it is gorgeous. I have to resist the temptation of eating it like sherbert!
The good news she said she will send me some over whenever I need it...........YAY!
