Anyone interested in swimming on a relay team for the Nation's Tri?

My niece, a friend and I signed up to do the Nation's Tri this year - signed up ages ago. I'm to ride, my niece is running, my friend was doing the swim. Then she got detailed to Mozambique for 3 months and won't be home until at the earliest, that weekend. So, now we have 2/3 of a team. :) We aren't looking to break any records, just wanted to try out the tri. ha ha ha.

So, if anyone is interested, would love to have you! No cost, I already paid, just looking for a swimmer. Thought maybe I could train to do the swim and the bike (if that was allowed). I swam in HS so not that out of the possibility. But hectic schedules and a cough that has lingered for months, kept me from doing that.

I would, but I'll be out of town doing my own (and first) Oly tri that day.

Are you on Beginner Triathlete? I could ask over there for you but I would need contact info for you.

I am not on that site - this is my first foray into a tri, though my goal is to do a short one all by myself next year. I can PM you contact info if that will help. And thanks! And good luck on your tri
