I have been racing triathlons for the past 2 years and have always worn my swimsuit during races. Lately I have lost quite a bit of weight and recently decided to buy myself some tri shorts and top to wear because the swimsuit is not always fun on the run.
In two weeks I am doing my first Olympic tri and have been trying to get used to running in my tri shorts. Problem is both of the types I have tried are really irritating when I go commando. I seem to be sensitive down under and wearing them without underwear is causing issues. I don't really want to change during transition so I was wondering how other woman have overcome this issue.
