OK fess up. Who was it?

I saw a cyclist riding north on Rt. 1 around 8:20 am just south of Dewey Beach in Delaware.

I was driving up to meet my bike club for our annual ride/picnic and my eyes gravitated to the red/green - thinking that looks familiar. Of course I've never seen one on someone actually riding their bike until this morning.

I vote for Catriona. Didn't she say she'd be in the OC area this weekend?
