Hill Training in Portland - Getting ready for the Portland Century

Hi all,

Did a great hill training ride in the Gorge. Starting at McMenamins Edgefield.

Heading through Troudale towards Crown Point and Multnomah falls (this is a good route too). Instead of going to the falls, take a right and go up Larch Mountain. What a ride! 50 miles total from The Edgefield and back. At the start of Larch Mountain the climb is 15 miles to the top. Turn around and come down. Tough but worth the ride.
