That has definitely got Awwww factor, it made me chuckle but it is also very true.
It is also very true, my poor old Teddy is in the attic, without any air, in a plastic bag. Reason, I think he's got moths!!!
Next year he will be 60 years old, maybe I will take him out of his plastic bag and we can have a reunion.

I never had a teddy bear as a child, and always missed it.
I got one for myself at age 27. He's great. My husband calls him Johnny.
Same here, I got one at 18 - he's still in my bed now, 17 years later!
My 55 year old little teddy bear is sitting right behind me in my office here- he's the one my parents brought to me in the hospital when I was 6 months old with severe pneumonia, stuck in an oxygen tent. The doctors had told them to be prepared I might not survive....but I did, and they got to bring me home (with my bear) in Christmas Eve. :)

(I liked the poem, but I have to say the 'F word' seems out of place and unnecessary.)
wow, that's a cool birth story!
you're lucky to have that bear!
My favorite teddy bear, which now sits on top of my dresser, was made for me by my little brother 35 years ago.
My brother, who is now married with kids of his own, was and will always be one of my favorite people on this earth.
