Ischial Ramus Bone Spurs?

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard about getting bone spurs near your sitz bones or if it is even possible? I seem to have developed a bump approx. 1/2" forward of my ischial tuberosity. It is quite tender and has created a challenge in being comfortable on my saddle. Almost like having 2 sitz bones on one side. Only deal is that there is very little difference in elevation between the 2.
