I saw this on the news last night & thought it was cute :) It's nice to see the media portraying bankers in a good light.

Thank-you, CC. That helped brighten my morning. Those ducklings are lucky that he's a good catcher. I'm glad they didn't have to rely on someone with my catching skills. The ducks being guided by the crowd gave me a good chuckle too.
That is easily the most precious thing I've seen in a few weeks. Thanks for sharing!!! It's being passed along through the science department at my school presently!
ha, had to hear from a gal down under who watched it on the BBC
to get some local (to me)news.
Funny!
This was on one of the morning programs - Today or Good Morning America or something. They said how the guy said he hadn't played baseball since he was a kid and was trying to remember everything he could about catching. :) That made me chuckle. Seeing this on the morning news the other day actually started my day out with a smile!
This is downtown in my city. I didn't need to read the article. This is the second year in a row the ducks have nested in that location. Last year the story went viral in a matter of hours. I got quite a few emails asking if this was for real or not. It is, and it's year number two for the duck family on the ledge in Spokane.
LOL I just googled "ducks spokane Sterling" ( the name of the bank) Lots of hits, I guess they even have their own facebook page now.
:D
That is the greatest thing I've seen all week! Lucky ducks!
. . . see, Spokane IS good for something! We save ducks who repeatedly make bad nesting choices. :D bikerHen
Fantastic banker... not a very smart duck though.
She'll keep nesting there if he keeps catching the little ones. But of course who wants to see ducklings crash? It's a true catch-22!
