Where I went today on this fine day (photo of bike though is about 2 yrs. old 'cause that polar bear sculpture is not there). It is a beautiful cove with a 25 kms. long river inlet through mountains.
There is no thru road/trail by the inlet at all at sea level. Very popular kayaking area since water is calmer. Mountains all around do have hiking trails and they actually hook up westward across the whole of North Vancouver.
People have gotten lost and needed to be rescued.
I don't match my bike photogenically, like your and your beautiful bike Fujichants! :p
