Bike "Safety" Website for Kids

So I was meandering through my state's dept. of trans website looking for bike trail maps and I stumbled on their webpage on bike safety for kids.

Have you emailed the contact person on the website? state bicycle safety coordinator, or whoever?

it's a tiny picture. is the helmet too far back? then yes, you ought to call them or write to them ASAP!

Yeah, it is totally too far back. Here's the website where the pic is a little bigger: http://state.il.us/kids/isp/bikes/

And yeah, I did email them about it. I hope something gets done about it.
