That's what my honey said to me this morning as I was changing my shirt.
I had my hair done yesterday and I'm wearing a more form fitting shirt than usual. One of my students said this morning, "Mrs. D. why do you look younger today?" Another student said, "She had her hair colored." The first student said, "No the rest of her looks younger too."

My DH has said a lot of sweet things that have made me feel beautiful, but when he tells me I look fit it totally makes my day.

Yesterday at my intership I meet with a girl who has been through a lot in her 14 years on this earth. We get in deep in Counseling, and last week was deep. Expecting more of that this week I started out with "what is new and exciting in your life today?" which was met with "you! you curled your hair!!"

This semester I have been spinning two hours a week and lifting weights two hours a week. DH massaged me yesterday and said "I thought your muscles were really tense, but then I realized they are just getting hard"
needless to say, I added a third day of exercise to my routine today :) and you better bet I lifted weights :)
now maybe I shall curl my hair :p
