I have been riding for quite some time now but need some coaching on hill climbing. I have improved over time but think that I could use a few sessions with someone to watch my technique and give me some additional pointers.
I already did three months of coaching last summer and don't want to do that again nor incur the expense. Does anyone know of any female coaches in the Sebastopol, CA area that they can recommend?
