I was thinking this weekend about my plans mainly fitness related for 2009. This year I did not plan a distance on the bike because it is too restrictive. What are yours?
Mine include:
- Ride Charity rides whenever close. DH works a lot of Saturdays so close is key since I will be solo.
- Get more comfortable on the Mountain bike with possibility of racing an easy race in the fall.
- Build on running with possibility of doing a 1/2 marathon in the fall.
- Work on core with my new balance ball to lean up.
