Some of you may have already heard of this, and others like me only just learned of it (and are horrified!). Please stay clear of this toy and throw it out if you have it!!

I heard about this a couple of months ago, and what bugs me is in my mind it seems awfully easy to fix: just put another hole in the damn thing! That would eliminate the "vacuum" effect, or am I missing something?
Also....I read a news article online this morning about toxic chicken jerky chew products from China that are making dogs very sick:

I'm glad that, at least in Canada, starting January 1, 2009 manufacturers must state where the ingredients are coming from.
Aren't some of those Kongs capable of the vacuum effect where you can stuff food inside it?? And really, why can't they just put another hole in the other end?
Better not hurt my baby...China or pimple balls!!!
Kongs have two holes.
I saw this in my dog internet groups, but I'm glad you posted it here. I would never have worried about one of these balls.
This guy's loft is a block away from me; I've kept an eye out for the dog but haven't identified him (wouldn't want to violate his privacy, anyway).
