2009 Ride Roll Run Relay for the Greenway

Hi everyone. I wanted to invite any mountain bikers in or around the Ocala area to check out the Ride Roll Run Relay. It's a relay made up of one equestrian, one mountain biker and one trail runner. The 2009 event is going to be the third year, and I hope that it's going to be even bigger and better than the last two years. All of the proceeds to go towards maintaining, improving and expanding the trail system and trailheads on the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway.

I've competed as the equestrian leg of a relay team the last two years, and I'll do that again in 2009. If the event keeps growing, we may look at doing a second yearly event on the Withlacoochee Trail that has road bikes in place of the mountain bikes. Then I can do the equestrian and biking portions myself!
