I need some recommendations for fitters in PDX....I'm interested in a shorter more "casual" fitting rather than a 2 hour marathon.
thanks ever so.....:p

I got my fitting at Bike Gallery in Beaverton. It was pretty casual and only took about an hour. :)
Michael Sylvester http://bicyclefittingservices.com/
He's the guy who trained me in bike fitting. Ok, maybe a marathon 2 hour fit, but the dude is just instinctive in his approach to fit and bikes and the mechanical aspect of the human body.
I use what he taught me every single day (even with folks with whom I'm NOT doing a bike fit).
I like him, I'm biased, and that's the way it is.
BTW: Michael Sylvester is the one who set up the bike fit system for the Bike Gallery.
I was just reading about him....i suppose it's be crazy NOT to go to him!!!
oxysback...B'ton Bike Gallery is nice shop...
He is very cool. Very smart. And does a damm fine job!
I would love to apprentice with him.
