a trashy post
Our new mountain biking club did a clean up of the local riding area that is a city park. Nothing like 18 truckloads of crap removed from the land to make a land manager happy. We had 24 people put in over 90 hours of works making this pile.

Wow - that's gross! How long since the last clean up? Please tell me it's been years.
That's really cool though.

Wow Irulan, I'm truly impressed
What a fab job you all did
Isn't it awful that people feel ok about dumping so much crap into what little natural spaces we have left
Its something I just do not get

Oh my god. You should be proud of all that hard work!
Litterbugs really burn me up. Grrrr.

Holy Moley! How could anyone have gotten through on a bike?!? What a wonderful project - well done!

Group project. I organized, but it would not have happened without all the other people and their contributions. There was trash, old dumped stuff from ????, lots of rotten picnic tables, dumped construction material and junk like that. We also got 3 truckloads from an adjacent private property that is part of the trail system. No real clean up had been done in a long time.

Nice work! You are obviously an inspirational coordinator and have a great group to ride with.

I'm thinking the She-Ra Princess of Power Tiara needs to be passed on to Irulan!........Amazing job and how inspiring to hear you were instrumental in getting it organized. What a neat PR for the MTB'ers in your area and an awesome way to smooth things between land managers and MTB'ers!
Job Well Done Irulan!
