An INCREDIBLY Cool Idea!
DH is a great guy -- I don't know how he happened on this, but I've been talking about how cool it would be to have some kind of belt with blinkies across my butt all summer, and just LOOK what he's found!

This lady SEWS "printed circuits" of blinking LED's -- and here's a biking jacket tutorial!

JUST what I had in mind! I'm eager to explore this project and the products I'll be purchasing to create MINE - and maybe other fun things to do with this....
For now, though, I have a wedding dress to make for my delightful stressed out daughter, who's pleased as punch that I'm not adding any more stress to her last few weeks of "singlehood."
(wait much longer on the dress, and there will be stress, I assure you!)

That's very cool! I'd like them much bigger and much more arrow-like. To really make sure cars know I'm turning. Would be great in the morning or evening, but I don't know if you could see them in they daylight.
But it's still REALLY cool!!!! Thanks for sharing! :D

DH just got these from American Science and Surplus and I'm thinking of attaching them on various parts of my clothing for additional visibility. They have really strong magnets so they attach to clothing easily and are big and very visible. Only drawback is that they each turn on and off individually on the back so they can't be activated (or deactivated) easily once they are in place.
