NICE! congrats!!
i have an older julie that i love, it's an awesome bike, get psyched! my geometry looks a tad different from yours though. what size frame is that and how tall are you?
Congrats, I like that color :) Jenn
Wow!! That's such a cool looking bike. Let me know what you think of the Candy pedals.
I'm 5'2" and it's an XS (13" I think..). I had a Fisher Cake 3 DLX about 3 years ago that was the XS size so I decided to stick with it since I like the "tight cockpit" feeling.
I used the Candy's this weekend on the rental bike I was using and I LOVED them. Easy to clip in and out but not so easy that I felt like I would fling my foot loose. When it got dicey and I wanted to clip out it was fast and I couldn't believe how fast I was out. The float was great too, just the right amount for me. I had to hike-a-bike on an up-hill section that was muddy and it was cake to clip in, the mud just slid out of the pedals. I definitely recommend them (we're getting a pair for the hubby I think too he was so impressed).
Way gorgeous! Kick some butt on that thing!
Wow, that is one gorgeous bike. Enjoy her!
