I just wanted to let you know that my children are convinced that your avatar is an actual picture of you. :D:D
I have done my best to convince them otherwise, but, what more can I do??

You kids are right
You should see me carrying the accordion on the package rack :D
Having met our dear Zen I will vouch for her! ;)
Is that (the accordion) one of the many things you learned from Elvis? ;)
Where in the world did you find that picture? That's someones mother or grandmother. I smell schnitzel.
Hagbel, no doubt about it :p
hmmmm..... my grandmother's sister was called Hazel... and they both played accordians.....
cue "twilight zone" music
:p:cool::rolleyes:
My g'mothers were Nellie and Mildred, but neither played the accordion. So sad.
My grandma was Mabel Eloise. Both of which she hated. No accordions, but she was a regular knitting machine. A lot more hair than Zen appears to have - lot of curly, thick, extremely wild & unruly hair. Everybody called her Buffy, which, apparently, was short for buffalo, due to the hair.
Wow - I miss her!
No Gertrude's out there? :D
I think Ettamea, Opal, or Genola could be possibilities.
On my mother's side - Edna. And she was angry that I wasn't named after her.
Both my Granny and my mother were named Mildred.
No wonder my mom went by her middle name.
