So I'm officially working at Performance this summer! I'm pretty excited minus the whole working at a corporate retail job again (I haven't had to do that in a couple years, I've been working at independent businesses). Anyone in the Richmond area should drop by and see me sometime if you need anything for your bike :D.
The one on Broad Street next to the VW/Audi dealer? I take my car there for oil changes and the like. There's a great Vietnamese restaurant near there called Da Lat. Go through the parking lot of the shopping center behind Performance, cross the street (don't know the name) to the other shopping center and it's in there. The best Pho Ga I've had!
I work just down the street at Bassett! My SO and I sometimes go into Performance. Will you be working full time hours?
Yeah it's the one on Broad. It's actually really close to Conte's which is kind of silly...
And no I'm not working full time. I wanted to, but they only need part time employees right now and I really wanted to get a job in a bike shop so I could learn more about bikes before I'm leading tours in the fall (plus, who wouldn't want to work in a bike shop?!). I'll hopefully be working a lot though!
