Techno Help!! TomTom SatNav issue. HEWP!

Hey,

We purchased a SatNav the other day & want to download the Canada/ Western US map for our trip. We've encountered an issue that's driving us nuts & need to know if someone else had this problem. Also, if there's a computer whiz out there that can problem solve...

When we download the map & try to view it on the satnav device it keeps telling us to remove the memory card. We remove it as it says but the map isn't on the device. It's on our computer as downloaded but not on the device?

Before we beat our heads against the wall, can anyone out there help us????? PWEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!!!
