anyone raced the San Luis Rey RR in SanDiego??

was reading the course. I used to train there 20 years ago. Up West Lilac Road. back then it was quiet country road with Lilac everywhere. I think there are sub-divisions now...

Anyway, Up West Lilac to old hwy 395 then fast downhill (somehwere like 10 or 12%) then onto some road ?? then back on West Lilac.

No warm up its a straight uphill from the start line. 950feet of climb per lap each lap is about 11.5 miles...

Has anyone raced this?? What's the winning times been like recently? San Diego is really competitive so I feel really intimidated by this. Not to mention, racing up west Lilac. People blow up on that climb...

And its going to be hot and windy. Headwind going up the hill :(

I must be hallucinating to even think about this.
