cannondale team chamois?
Has anyone ridden this chamois, or seen it up close? http://www.teamestrogen.com/referenc...team%20chamois
I'm considering a pair of knickers with this chamois, but am a little leary of padding that I've never met before. I know that I prefer a thinner chamois (PI is too much for me), but a little bit of sculpting/multi-thickness is a good thing.
Any insight or opinions that anyone can share would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I have used several pairs of Cannondale shorts. This chamois looks similar to the ones I have but I am not 100% sure.
Their chamois are much more minimal than PI. I like PI but they do have a diaper feel. These lack padding at the top of the thigh, which is different. The chamois is also very soft and comfortable to the skin. My Cannondale shorts are my go to shorts right now but mostly because they are newer.
When in doubt, you can always call the helpful TE staff and they will give you feedback. :D

I haven't ridden it, but I've seen Cannondale shorts in the stores, and passed on them because the chamois is so wide up front. But you can see that from the pictures. It's definitely thinner than PI.
ETA: I have a love/hate relationship with chamois that have those little channels, like those or SheBeest. At best, they help the chamois form around me (which I think that, more than the thickness per se, is my problem with PI); but get the channel a little bit off its ideal position, and the "bump" can really chafe.
