I don't know why, but I have this totally calm, peaceful outlook on life today, so not like me. In spite of the fire drill at 8:45, which caused much mayhem, I did not stress. I couldn't find my scantrons for the VERY IMPORTANT TEST I had to give today. But they eventually turned up and I was not worried. The report of one kid hitting another kid because the one called the other a fat a-hole didn't faze me.
What's wrong with me? :p

V, you've got some fabulous butterflies going on there. Keep them! Isn't life fun when the stress doesn't get in the way!! Maybe that yoga breakthrough was more than just physical? :D

I'm with LBTC. Something is happening here that goes beyond physical. Camel pose opens the heart chakra which is our place of compassion. Compassion for others but also for ourselves. Perhaps this is it.
You can hold onto it V. It may slip away sometime, but you can get it back much easier now that you know the feeling. I'm very happy for you.
