Inspiration of Childhood Dreams

I was at a bike expo yesterday and was talking to an acquaintance about the fear of failure. She said "Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want." She had heard it from a video clip and she kindly e-mailed the link to me. Some of you may have seen it on YouTube, or Oprah. I do not watch a lot of TV, so I hadn't seen it.

But I would still like to share this with you because this man, Randy Pausch
emphasizes a positive message that we can all benefit from.
