Thanks guys. I am happy. My tri buddy PT said as long as I stay off the hills and don't do a lot of fancy mt bike moves I should be good to go. First time I have been glad to live in a flat part of the state. Flat, ? we got it.
I have to be careful being clipped in, but DH could switch out my pedals.
I think PT guy and his wife might come with us.
Yippee! Take it easy on that knee though, and don't overdo on your first time out (she says with some experience...).
