Spinervals Tough Love aka I am such an idiot!

I snowshoed with the dogs for an hour this morning. I had a choice of snowshoes or skis since there was a foot of new snow. Then I came home and decided that I needed some exercise:rolleyes:. Since I still can't run (darn PF) I decided to get on the trainer and do one of my Spinervals. For some silly reason I picked Tough Love, a 3 hour DVD.

Well, I managed to do it. It wasn't pretty, but I did it. Then I took the dogs out for another 1/2 hour.

Why am I such an idiot? Because I still have to go to work this afternoon and my legs are starting to tighten up. I'm going to be such a weeble! *sigh* I should know better...

Tough Love is not an easy one, so a big "good going" to you!! Just think--you're building strength. Now rest up and recover.

I was thinking about doing that one this morning, but I might go ahead and do the Lake Place virtual ride instead.

I think it's safe to say your legs will need a break tomorrow! :eek:
