Gore Bike Wear Phantom Jacket Sizing

Anyone have this jacket? How does it run size wise? Based on body measurements I should be an M, but I ordered a Gore jacket a few years back that I had to return for running larger than the size chart. I am between a small and medium and not sure on this one. I am a solid M in a brand like PI, between a S and M in shebeest, although I had to return a M windpro shebeest jacket that was too big but have M shebeest jerseys that are fine, and had to return the showerspass elite jacket in a S cuz it fit in width but not length.
