Am not doing it but am considering doing an Iron Girl event in '08. It looks like a lot of fun and of the two tri's I have done, the womens only was lots nicer.
I'll be interested to see how it goes! I've never done a du either so who knows, maybe this will be something I'll do next year too. I love the Iron Girl website!

I posted my race report in the race reports section. I would definitely recommend doing an Iron Girl event - super well organized, and fun!
