And I was just telling PP how you have to look behind the "news" on the internet to who published it, funded it, etc.
However, I have to admit they're certainly right. On the days when I do the 5 shotter instead of the 4 shotter I feel no pain at all. There are some occasional hand tremors..... ;)
Sweet validation, baby! YESSSSS! But I'm left with the lingering question of how much is overboard. Hmm....guess I'll just have to experiment frequently. Darn. :p
Give Bubba a hug for me, eh SK? :D

Here's a girl that found out: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/liv...LTH&ICL=TOPART
And a photoshopped pic from a PS wizards
:D
Naw I don't mind, SK. You can claim the kiss, I'll keep the hug. Call it sharing the joy of a good caffeine overload.
HA! Snap....omg that's too funny! I'll have to try out that link again later...looks like their server may be down.
Now where's my Starbucks card.....

Being the wimp I am I could definitely use this but I hate Coffee.
What is a non-drinking coffee wimp to do??:D
Drink lots of tea. You'll be stopping to pee at the side of the road much more often, but hey -- no sore muscles, right? :D :p

Excellent article. I just love my coffee! :D
But what about chocolate? I don't see that on the list! How much chocolate would it take? Of course, I'd have to eat it before I ride or I'd end up with some really messy jersey pockets if I tried to take it along. :D
I imagine you'd have to eat A LOT of chocolate to get that much caffeine, but I could handle that!:p
Last weekend DH and I rode our usual schedule...a little slower due to the heat, but well within ourselves. However, we were both really sore Monday and into Tuesday. Much more so than the previous two weekends, even the weekend when we got pushed into going way too fast.
After reading this thread one difference jumped out--last weekend we tried to get out a 6AM to beat the heat. As such, we barely had 1/2 a cup of tea (usually we drink a pot between us). Hmm.....just as the article said....
Always nice to know there's more benefit to my coffee drinking than general public safety. ;)
btw dirtdiva, I love your .sig :D Makes me grin every time.
