Arlington 9/11 Memorial 5K--8 Sept

I've done this 5K the last two years and highly recommend it. Arlington County Police, Fire, and Sheriffs Departments host it. The race benefits 9/11 charities, and goes from Crystal City to the Pentagon. Here's the website: www.arlington911race.com. This one means a lot to me--I live only a couple miles from the Pentagon and I will never forget that day. Hard to believe it was 6 years ago. BTW, the race Tshirts are awesome. I plan to ride the Civil War Metric in the morning and probably walk the 5K in the evening (we'll see if my legs are up to running it. LOL.)
