Terry Bella Shorts

I was reading in bicycling magazine that these were the most comfortable shorts since they do not have an elastic waistband. How do they stay on????
Does anyone have these shorts? and what do they think about them? I have only used PI and Specialized shorts before. I am very close to hitting the order now button (they do have free shipping right now) :p

Sorry about the repeat question, I just did a search on Terry bella shorts and found plenty of opinions. I might just try a pair, and with free shipping, I can't say no :p
