Where does it go? I need help...
Well, I couldn't decide whether to post this under favorite saddles or most hated saddles!!
When I bought my used Trek 1000 it came with a Specialized V-Groove saddle. Right from the beginning it fit perfectly. I have heard so many nightmare stories about people having saddle problems and was so thankful mine was so comfy. Of course there were some other serious fit problems with the Trek, like should and wrist pain that just couldn't be corrected.
My DBF thought with all the time I was spending on the bike that I should really have a more comfy bike and we ended up with a Jamis Aurora. I love my new bike, it is comfy in every way except...
I took the seat off my old bike thinking that I wouldn't take my chances with a new one and guess what? I can not get the thing to be comfortable on my new bike. It really rubs on my front girly bits. I have tried moving it back and forward, up and down, every which direction and it still does not work. Right now I have it in the best position I have had it so far, but still not comfortable on more bumpy terrain.
Is it possible that a saddle can be comfy on one bike and not another? Maybe it is just that my other bike was so uncomfortable in many other ways that I didn't notice this problem?
I'm still riding the same roads and length of time as my old bike.
Maybe I am just imagining it as I really want a Brooks B-18!!:p
Tilting, Turning, and Spinning!!

Those Jamis Auroras are fabulous bikes. I think a B18 would look lovely on the lovely copper and cream of the Aurora....:D
I guess by up and down I meant the tilt!
I love my new bike. She seemed like such an impractical purchase when my BF first suggested it, but now I can't believe that I tried to talk him out of it.
I love the colors too!! I really want wood fenders as well. Some of those nice Teak and Walnut ones from Woody's Fenders. Oh, she would be pretty then!!
