I'm up 1 pound. My mom and sister visited for 4 days this past weekend, though, so I'm happy with only gaining one pound. I've incorportated pilates into my daily routine, as well.

I am down 1 (-4 total). But I keep expecting to have a minor setback, as I/we consumed lots of wine last weekend! Did I mention there was some chocolate too! My bike was in the shop for part of the week (sounds like an excuse to me too):rolleyes: . Did I walk??? Noooo. I waited my bike to come home. :) I will definitely be making up lost bike time this week!
I'm up a half pound this week (down 20.5 total). Considering all the junk I ate this weekend at a picnic, it's certainly no surprise! More importantly, I got in 37 road miles and 2 hours of mountain biking (not sure of distance) this week. :cool:
Down only 1/2 pound for me this week which is very surprising being that I stayed on my diet and I rode 127.5 miles. I don't get it, I really thought I would loose more. Oh well, maybe it will show up next week.
I feel great though and my clothes are a little looser.

I'm down 2 pounds this week.
Down a pound this week, still more than I wanted to lose, I am trying for 1/2 pound losses.
Down about a pound. I need a new scale, though, as I think mine is pretty inaccurate (varies quite a bit - one of those old types with a dial where you can adjust it).
I can't remember what I posted last time. I think I'm the same, still 119. Actually I was down to 118 a few weeks ago but I seem to have gain one lb back. THese last 3 are killing me - after a year, irritating. I have ridden off over 5000 calories in the last 4 days alone and I still gained a pound. PLus I've stuck pretty close to my diet although I've allowed myself a bit more to compensate for the hard cycling... Oh well, maybe I meant to be here. I am determined to get my body fat percentage tested soon. That's all I really care about, not my weight.
Just got a scale a week ago, had no idea what I weighed before that other than Dr's visits and finger wagging to loose the weight.
I'm the same as I was a week ago, it's a rest week before the AIDS ride so I'm eating and resting. I'll watch my weight ..... after the ride :p
