Review: Specialized BG Gel Gloves

I purchased new gloves at my LBS yesterday because I was starting to get numbness in my pinkies and ring fingers when I rode in the drops.

I bought these:

They were $30 at the LBS and they are wonderful. There is a lot of padding in the palm, but it is in all the right places. I rode 25 miles of hills yesterday and 40 miles of flats today and there was nary a tingle in my fingers. There is a nice terry cloth patch on the back. Time will tell how they hold up in the wash, but they look to be nicely put together.

I bought DH a pair of the men's version and he rode with me yesterday. He was also very happy with the gloves. He was riding his tri bike, so his hand positions were different than mine, but he was still pleased with the placement of the gel pads.
